FAQ:
Why don't some of the applications have version numbers?
It has to do with how the applications store their versioning information internally, and unfortunately not all applications store it in the same place. A fix is being looked into, and version 1.1.1 offers improved support for tracking down version numbers.
Why do some icons look pixelated at larger sizes?
Up until OS X 10.4, by default icon files only included sizes up to 128 X 128 pixels. Starting with OS X 10.5, icon files can now include sizes up to 512 X 512 pixels. So when you export applications whose icons have not been updated to support the largest sizes, they may appear pixelated. Check the icons for Apple-supplied apps - those should look fine all the way up to 512 X 512 if you are running OS X 10.5.
What does the "css" tab do in the export dialog box?
You are able to specify the class names of all the elements generated for integration into an existing website with an existing stylesheet. This allows you to match the appearance of the output to that website. Additionally you can specify the path to that css file, as well as an images directory where you can upload the generated images.
The webpage I exported can't find the stylesheet and/or the application images
Did you specify a custom stylesheet or images directory path? If the path includes directories (directory/stylesheet.css rather than just stylesheet.css) then the generated page by default won't find the stylesheet where it is placed. You need to place it at the appropriate path. The same goes for the images directory. This feature exists so you can integrate the output into an existing website.
Why don't menubar applications get imported when I add running or all applications?
For some reason, the API calls used to add running applications ignore menubar applications. Please add these manually using the "Add One Application" feature.
Why doesn't application XXX get imported when I add all applications?
For various reasons, certain applications may not be recognized and imported. In this case, please add them manually using the "add one application" feature.
I just added all applications. What the heck is all this stuff?
Adding all applications can turn up a lot of unexpected thing. Many programs install a variety of helper applications which the user never actually interacts with directly, but these are all imported. You can use the "Reveal in Finder" feature to determine exactly where these applications are installed.
What do you mean by applications in the "user space"?
/System applications are those installed within the System folder at the root of your hard drive. Applications in the user space is everything else.
